1. Agreement to Protocol
By utilizing the services, platforms, and engineering environments (collectively, the "Services") provided by Aelius Venture Private Limited and Aelius Venture Limited ("Aelius Venture", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by this Service Protocol ("Terms"). If you do not align with these parameters, you must cease use of the Services immediately.
2. Authorized Utilization
You may utilize the Services only in compliance with this Protocol and all applicable local, national, and international engineering standards. You agree not to misuse our infrastructure. Prohibited actions include:
- Utilizing Services for unauthorized or malicious digital activity.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our engineering grid or circumventing security layers.
- Accessing the Services via any means other than our supported interfaces.
- Disrupting the availability or performance of the digital landscape for other users.
3. Intellectual Equity
The Services and all proprietary materials—including software, typography, graphics, and architectural patterns (the "Aelius Venture Content")—are the exclusive property of Aelius Venture. Unless explicitly defined in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA), no license or right is granted under these Terms.
4. Third-Party Nodes
Our grid may contain links to third-party assets or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or integrity of such external nodes. Links do not imply an endorsement of third-party content or engineering standards.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" ARCHITECTURE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC STRATEGY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE AT ALL TIMES.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY GLOBAL LAW, AELIUS VENTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE UTILIZATION OF OUR SERVICES OR THE INABILITY TO ACCESS THE ENGINEERING GRID.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
This Protocol shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aelius Venture operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Protocol Evolution
We reserve the authority to modify this Service Protocol at any time. We will provide notification of updates by posting the revised version on this page. Continued utilization of our Services following an update constitutes acceptance of the new parameters.
